Legal Entity This website is owned and operated by Flatlock Fits, the legal entity behind the Wildhana brand, registered in Guwahati, Assam, India.
1. General By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
2. Made to Order All Wildhana products are made to order. Production begins only after your order is confirmed. As a result, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We accept prepaid payments online as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
4. Shipping Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. COD orders may attract a nominal handling fee. Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to production or logistics delays.
5. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Flatlock Fits and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability Flatlock Fits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
8. Privacy Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
