Refund & Returns Policy
Wildhana is a brand owned and operated by Flatlock Fits. We are a made-to-order label, which means every piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed.
Returns We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition with tags intact
- In original packaging
How to Initiate a Return Email us at hello@wildhanastudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final sale or customised pieces cannot be returned.
Legal Entity This policy is governed by Flatlock Fits, operating under the Wildhana brand, subject to the jurisdiction of Indian law.
